New Victoria's Secret Angels Are Hot, Healthy And Inspiring On Instagram

April 30, 2015 2 min read

It is hard not to like the new Victoria's Secret Angels. Check them, and their fitspirational Instagram posts below!

1. Romee Strijd

This Dutch beauty joined the Victoria's Secret family on 2014. Proving that healthy models eat, check out this image of Romee's egg white, veggie, turkey muffins. What a great breakfast! She also likes to mix up her workout routine, regularly posting pics of the boxing ring, pilates class or running through NYC.

2. Martha Hunt

Martha Hunt has a pretty hefty modelling resume having worked for Chanel and Oscar de la Renta, and in Victoria's Secret's shows for the past two years. What amazing arms! Looks like Martha digs spiralized veggies! Smart gal!

3. Taylor Hill

Taylor Hill started out as a gymnast. She credits her strong, toned physique to a combination of CrossFit, yoga, and snowboarding. Here she is checking out Runyon Canyon with her friends in L.A.

4. Jasmine Tookes

Suddenly I feel inspired to participate in a partner workout... The California born, Jasmine, looks pretty jazzed to get this veggie cookbook!

5. Jac Jagaciak

This Polish model may be working runways these days but she has some serious athletic roots. Her mom is a physical education teacher, her father is a jumping and sprinting coach, her older sister is a professional long and triple jumper, and Jagaciak herself began running track and field at the age of just four! Here she is hiking in Joshua Tree National Park.

6. Lais Ribeiro

This pic from Brazilian Lais Ribeiro is proof that surfing is a great workout. Here she is training for the Victoria's Secret 2014 show.

7. Stella Maxwell

Stella Maxwell loves a killer morning workout. And isn't shy about her ab workouts.

8. Sara Sampaio

Sara Sampaio made her Victoria's Secret debut in 2013 and was named rookie of the year in the Sports Illustrated 2014 swimsuit issue. Sara not only owns handstands, she is also a brown belt in Karate

9. Elsa Hosk

Before taking on Victoria's Secret runways in 2011, Elsa played professional basketball in Sweden. Lovely locker room selfie after an intense boxing session! Proof the beauty elixirs work?

10. Kate Grigoreva

Kate made her VS debut in 2014 but before that, she was a top ten finalist for Miss Russia in 2012 and runner up on Russia's Next Top Model.  Victoria's Secret models get a lot of hatred spewed at them, they are too thin, they promote an unhealthy body image, the list goes on. Perhaps we should all use these Instagram moments as proof that aside from being genetically gifted, these women work incredibly hard to look the way they do. Why should they be subject to any more criticism than anyone else? What do you think? Inspirational or more BS?
