. Homemade Protein Bars
It is 2 cups of oatmeal,
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter (or almond butter, whatever you use),
4 scoops of protein powder,
1/2 cup of water or unsweetened almond milk.
Mix it together by hand, flatten down in an 8X8 dish with a spatula, refrigerate for an hour, cut into 6 pieces and wrap individually
You can also add whatever you want to the top, dried fruit, chocolate, almonds, etc. or nothing at all!
