It's OKAY to BLOAT!

The second right after lunch and then the third was right after dinner. People automatically assume that "fit people" walk around with abs all the time and I am here to tell you that is NOT the case! Throughout the day, you will bloat - it's totally normal. No, it doesn't mean you're fat. It's called food and water. However, if you find yourself bloating regardless of eating or drinking anything, it might be a good idea to re-evaluate your diet and see a doctor. Bloating all day, around the clock, is abnormal.     Some causes of abnormal bloating are:
  • Indigestion
  • Gas
  • Lactose Intolerance
  • Gallstones
  • Food Allergies
  • PMS
  • Bacterial Infections
  • IBS
  • Intestinal Obstruction
As for the "food and water babies," often times, we get so hung up on the fickle stuff that doesn't even matter. Why worry? Everyone bloats. So... Don't sweat it!
