One Trick to Drinking More H20!
If you are like me, you don't drink enough water. I cannot seem to get enough throughout the day! Even worse, sometimes I do not even remember due to chasing around an 8 month old, working from home, and housework. I tend to forget about, well, myself.
We all know that water is good for you, blah, blah, blah-over and done! We also know the benefits of getting just the right amount of water intake daily.
However, do we know the risks of not drinking enough H20?
