Overnight Chia Oats

Overnight Chia Oats
  • 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (I used vanilla)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Stevia and a dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  1. Add all ingredients except the blueberries to a jar or container with a lid
  2. Put lid on top and shake well.
  3. Remove lid and add blueberries.
  4. Replace lid and pop container in the fridge. Leave it overnight.
  5. Eat chilled the next morning.
