Suffering from joint pain caused by arthritis? Apple cider vinegar is one of the oldest joint-pain remedies in the book, and you'll find that it can help you to deal with your achy joints! The reason that ACV is so effective for dealing with pain is due to the fact that it contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. Potassium helps to reduce water retention in the body, so it will drain excess water/fluid from around the joints.
