Peaches and summer go together like peanut butter and jam, so as the summer comes to a close, here is one last awesome peach recipe to beat the heat. Ingredients:
- 4 peaches, pitted
- ½ cup (plus 4 tsp.) soy or almond milk
- dash of salt
- 6 graham crackers (or slightly less than 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs)
- Blend together the peaches, ½ cup of milk, and salt until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds leaving room for the graham crackers and let freeze for a few hours.
- Blend graham crackers until fine, then add 4 tsp. milk and continue to blend until soft. Pack graham cracker mix on top of peach mix in popsicle mold and freeze for another hour or so.
