Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie

This is an awesome substitute to your childhood favorite, the peanut butter jelly sandwich.   3/4 c water 1/2 c or less of greek vanilla yogurt (I like Oikanos) 1 tbs peanut butter 1 c strawberries

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. If you need it to be a more liquid like than add a little more water or milk. (Although that will add more calories) Pour and enjoy!   Some Nutrition Facts: 243 calories 15 g of protein 8 g of fat
