This recipe is a simple, yet affective post-workout snack. Sometimes, I will even grab a small spoon before bedtime because it is so yummy! Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- Mix together the yogurt and the peanut butter.
- Drizzle on the honey.
- Eat with apple slices or a banana!
