Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

This recipe is a simple, yet affective post-workout snack. Sometimes, I will even grab a small spoon before bedtime because it is so yummy! Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. raw honey
  1. Mix together the yogurt and the peanut butter.
  2. Drizzle on the honey.
  3. Eat with apple slices or a banana!
