Your Perfect Vegetarian July 4th Meal: Portobello Provolone Burgers

Portobello Burger Ingredients
  • 1 Portobello mushroom cap
  • 1 wheat or whole grain hamburger bun (Ezekiel makes some)
  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt/pepper to taste
  Directions
  1. Season Portobello cap with Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and seasonings.
  2. Grill for 5 minutes on each side or bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. Place on a hamburger bun, add cheese, and dress how you like.
