Kate Middleton's sister, Pippa, has been photographed looking ultra-toned on a Caribbean vacation. Her tightly sculpted stomach and muscular limbs are attributed to her tireless work at the gym recently. Pippa, 31, had some fun on a pontoon as she soaked up the sun in her skimpy red two piece. Jumping into the water and lounging with her mother Carole and brother James were on the itinerary for this fit it-girl. Her newly envious abs have earned her the nickname, 'her royal hotness'. To get in such amazing shape, Pippa has put in work with cycling, running and HIIT style exercises. She goes for brisk runs around the streets of central London to get her cardio fix and keep her metabolism revved. Her high-intensity interval training or HIIT workouts help target her entire body.
