Greetings fellow Bodyrockers, fitness enthusiasts and Bodyrock hosts! I'm here with a proposal for Lisa, a challenge, to liven things up around here. You see Lisa is working so hard to keep thousands and thousands of us motivated and working hard, and I thought, hey poor Lisa needs a challenge too. So here you go Lisa, this is my proposal. Try this workout, film it and see if you can beat me. If you beat me, I promise to do 100 burpees in whatever ridiculous costume of your choice on video for the whole world to see. But, if you don't beat me, then you will agree to meet up, with a workout of your choice to throw at me, that we do real time, side by side and see the outcome of your workout challenge. This is an advanced workout, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t have your deck squats, pistols or even jump lunges… it just takes consistency and you will nail them! Here’s the breakdown: Set your timer for 16 minutes and do as many rounds as possible of the following, 10 Pistol squats alternating legs ( Can't do a full pistol? Use TRX to assist) 20 Deck Squat Jumps ( Can't do a deck squat without using your legs for momentum? Notice I keep them on the ground? Use a weight for more momentum or swing your legs up) 30 #35 KB Swings ( Use a dumbbell if you don't have a Kettle bell, adjust weight to your level. I used 35 lbs ) 40 Jump lunges ( Beginners can do reverse lunges instead) repeat till the timer goes off. I got through 3 full rounds, plus the 10 pistols and 5 deck squats before the timer went off.
