Pole Dancing Fitness

First off, I'd like to apologize for not writing for a while.. It's been hectic to say the least. Starting the process of moving, yay (not). Even the simplest daily tasks seem to be completely impossible! but anyhoo..
With packing and house searching underway, the one thing that I try and not let suffer are my workouts. Though they have been limited to a few days a week vs my normal routine, it's still somewhat there! With fitness, I try and switch up my routine every month. I love adding in new workouts or just a whole new approach in general - I get bored easily.  Something I've been interested in trying now for a while is pole dancing fitness!I first heard of it through an ex gymnastics teammate of mine who swears by it. She suggested I try it since I already have that natural flexibility. More or less, I've just been lazy. It's something I've always wanted to try, but always put it off. Until now! I finally signed up for a once a week, 6 week course! I am already in week 3 and I am completely addicted! I was expecting something very different, and to my surprise it's even more fun than I thought. It's very fast pace but great for all women of all ages, shapes and body types.
I love the idea of promoting dance and acrobatics together. Pole dancing requires significant strength, flexibility and endurance. It involves a mixture of athletic moves such as climbs, spins, and body inversions using every aspect of your body to grip.
It's great for anyone who wants to:
1) Strip away those extra little holiday pounds 2) Build and tone muscle  3) Increase flexibility  4) Boost your confidence
All I have to say is I know what I want for Christmas! :)
