This week the company I work for opened a pop up juice bar. I decided I wanted to help out because I am passionate about eating healthy and want to help as many people as possible eat healthy as well. The juice bar offers 9 juice recipes ranging from green juices to fruit juices. Simple recipes like Orange & Carrot to more elaborate juices like spinach, kale, cucumber, celery, parsley & apple. Every juice is made to order with fresh fruits and vegetables and when you drink a fresh juice you feel energized and healthy. The juice absorbs in your system faster than any solid foods can and your body soaks up the nutrients from the juice. I had the pleasure of trying all the juices available and I picked my favorite to share with you. Apple, Kale & Mint Juice Recipe 4 to 5 apples 3 full leaves of Kale (include stalk) Bundle of Mint (8-10 sprigs) Juice in that order and enjoy. This juice is refreshing and you get your greens too. Another juice that was different but still delicious was the Digestion juice. Orange, lemon, ginger and cayenne pepper, I have never juiced with cayenne pepper before so I was interested to try that one, it wasn't too spicy and the flavors complimented each other very well. Orange, Lemon, Ginger, Cayenne Juice 7 Oranges 1/2 Lemon 1/2 inch piece of Ginger (peeled) 1 pinch of Cayenne Again juice in that order and add the cayenne to the juice at the end.
