My husband and I recently tried a delicious smoothie from Tropical Smoothie called the Peanut Butter Cup. If you are fan of Tropical Smoothie, then you know that the Peanut Butter Cup is featured under the INDULGENT smoothie menu. It is probably the tastiest smoothie on the menu-and probably the worst for your waistline. I carefully watched how they made our smoothies and it was so simple that I decided to make a healthier version of it at home that we can enjoy.
Post-Workout Peanut Butter Cup Protein Smoothie
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Almond Breeze milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 Stevia packet
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (or more if you would like a thicker consistency)
Throw it all in your blender and blend away. Garnish with a banana slice.
