Here is a short but sweet workout designed to make your legs burn!! I added this in after my workout the other day and it was TOUGH – had me dripping and my legs on fire!! The full breakdown is below. **Set your timer for 10 minutes and perform the following exercises as fast as you can, with good form until time runs out. Advanced - set your timer for 15 minutes. **Another option, instead of setting a timer – complete the list of exercises 3-4x through. Ninja Jump Tucks – From a kneeling position, shift your bodyweight to drive yourself up into a low squat - trying not to use your hands if you can. From there drive up into a tuck jump. Squat Touchdowns – Low squat jacks, alternating a touchdown in between your legs each rep. Box Jumps – Standing on the ground, jump up to land on a an elevated surface (box, bench, step, chair, etc.). Land softly making sure your knees don't go over your toes. Box Knee Drives –Plant one foot firmly on an elevated surface, driving the opposite knee up for the designated number of reps. Repeat on the other side.
