Protein Pumpkin Pie Post Workout Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp stevia
- Ice (optional)
- Blend all ingredients together. Sip and enjoy!
