Another REP Workout!! I love rep workouts because I feel it allows you to focus on form rather then beating a clock. However long it takes you to get through the 15 reps of the 7 exercises, will determine your time. Put on your favorite music that gets you moving and GO!
'PUMP UP THE VOLUME' Rep Workout
7 EXERCISES, 15 REPS EACH, 3 ROUNDS
15x- Reverse Lunge, Kick, Switch
15x- Full Body Jump + Donkey Kick
15x- Push Up with Opposite Hand Toe Tap
15x- Squat Thrust Plus Tuck Jump
15x- One Leg Tricep Dip (15x each side)
15x- Plank + Opposite Knee to Elbow+ Jack Leg
15x- Frog Jumps (Hand/Fingers to Floor)
Video demonstrates the moves. Shoot for 3 rounds (1-2 for beginners, 2-3 intermediate, 3+advanced).
