Pumpkin Post-Workout Protein Shake
One of my favorite fall recipes after getting home from the gym.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond, soy, or coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
- Ice (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
