Pumpkin Post-Workout Protein Shake
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond, soy, or coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
- Ice (optional)
