5 3x Skaters to Tuck Jump
10 Bulgarian Lunge Hops using Bosu, each leg
Short Break (30 seconds to 1 minute)
Place Bosu flat side up
1 minute plank, elbows on flat top of Bosu (low plank)
1 minute plank, feet on flat top of Bosu (high plank)
1 minute squat hold, on flat top of Bosu
45 second plank, elbows on flat top of Bosu (low plank)
45 second plank, feet on flat top of Bosu (high plank)
45 second squat hold, on flat top of Bosu
