Ready for a Brutal Booty Real time workout?
So this is an actual workout that my Booty Bootcamp did last week. I wanted to test it out, before I unleashed it on my booty camp victims, hahaha! Well it's a tough one, but I loved the challenge. This HIIT workout should take you about 30 minutes with a quick warmup and cool down. You can do it anywhere- all you need is a mat and timer! Watch the video to watch the workout in real time. You can do it with me!
30 sec JUMP lunges arms out ( reverse lunges for beginners )
30 sec Out and in jumps low ( half jacks for beginners or jumping jacks)
30 sec Burpees ( modified burpees)
30 sec Supaman hold
x3 for a total of 6 minutes
one min rest
twice



30 sec Squat Jump ( squats for beginners)
30 sec Speed Skaters
30 sec Pushup jacks ( pushups)
30 sec Bridge, squeeze that booty!
x3 for a total of 6 minutes
one min rest
twice
