Ready for a Brutal Booty Real time workout?

So this is an actual workout that my Booty Bootcamp did last week. I wanted to test it out, before I unleashed it on my booty camp victims, hahaha!  Well it's a tough one, but I loved the challenge.    This HIIT workout should take you about 30 minutes with a quick warmup and cool down. You can do it anywhere- all you need is a  mat and timer! Watch the video to watch the workout in real time.
