Everyone has that one show that is their ultimate guilty pleasure; it may even be a show that you don’t admit you watch to anyone. One of my guilty pleasures is watching The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, although I take ownership in watching this show it still isn’t something I shout off rooftops. After watching this show season after season I have learned a lot about each character and have come up with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Workout. I feel lazy when I watch this show, so now with this workout I can get exercise out of my guilty pleasure. This workout is sort of like a drinking game, “when Lisa says darling you drink” turns into “when Lisa says darling you do 10 push-ups.” Rest during commercials because if the episode happens to be a juicy one you will be sweating and sore by the end of it. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Workout Lisa says “darling” = 10 push-ups Yolanda talks about her daughter Gigi or David Foster = high knees for 30 seconds Brandi is drinks from a glass of wine = 10 burpees Carlton mentions Wicca or spirituality =20 lunges on each side Anyone confronts another about an old issue =30 seconds of mountain climbers Giggy the dog is in the scene = 50 crunches Brandi curses= 20 squats Kim and Kyle Richards laugh together = Plank for 30 seconds Any of the woman greet each other with kisses on each cheek = 30 seconds of jumping jacks If any of these things happen in the same scene then you must do them back to back, you cannot pick and choose which exercise you do. It might feel like you are exercising during the entire episode but that’s just because you probably are. I know this show well so I hope at the end of the episode you have to take a shower from sweating so much. Have fun and good luck. Cheers darling!
