Do high protein smoothies not give you enough pep in the a.m.? Do you need a little caffeine kick with your bananas and chia seeds? We have eight healthy solutions for waking up and staying energized all day long! 1) Banana Pancake Smoothie The treat you loved as a child is back - in a super nutritious, low calorie form! Potassium packed and protein powered, plus it tastes great.
  • ½ c milk
  • 2 Tbsp old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Dash cinnamon
  • ½ cup cold coffee
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful ice
1. COMBINE first four ingredients in the blender and blend. 2. ADD coffee, frozen banana, and ice then blend until smooth. 2) Cherry Coffee Delight Cherries are rich and antioxidants and qualify as a 'superfood'. They keep all your bodily functions in check while you indulge in this shake!
  • ¾ c frozen cherries
  • ¾ c almond milk
  • ½ c cold coffee or coffee ice cubes
  • ½ tsp vanilla
1. COMBINE all ingredients in the blender and whirl until smooth. 3) Vegan Coco Whip This morning brew is light, tropical and dairy-free. It is an indulgent way to start the day!
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 c leftover coconut water from can
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ c coffee ice cubes
  • 1 scoop hemp or pea protein powder (optional)
  • Dust with unsweetened coconut flakes
1. CHILL canned coconut milk in fridge overnight. The next day, carefully scoop the cream solid from the top (set remaining liquid aside for smoothie) and beat three to five seconds with a hand mixer until thick and creamy. 2. BLEND together one cup of the leftover coconut water, frozen banana, coffee ice cubes and protein powder until smooth, and pour into a glass. 3. TOP with two heaping tablespoons of whipped coconut cream and coconut flakes—enjoy! 4) Caramel Macchiato Frappe Skip your local coffee shop run and DIY a cup of delicious, nutritious and vitamin-fortified frappe!
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c coffee ice cubes
  • 2 dates
1. COMBINE all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth 5) Chunky Monkey Smoothie Who doesn't love bananas, peanut butter and chocolate? But adding the guilt-free taste of coffee to the mix, well you can't go wrong!
  • ¾ c almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ½ c cold coffee or coffee ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
1. COMBINE the first four ingredients in a blender and whirl. 2. ADD the peanut butter and salt and blend until smooth. 6) Chocolate Hazelnut Heaven Sweet and nutty, this protein and probiotic blend is so addicting you won't even notice it's healthy!
  • 1 c almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ½ c plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¾ c coffee ice cubes
1. COMBINE all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth. 7) Blueberry Blast This pairing of antioxidant rich blueberries and the goodness of almond milk blend perfectly with coffee!
  • 1 c almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 c frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ c frozen coffee ice cubes
  • Dash cinnamon
1. COMBINE all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth. 8) Cinnamon Bun Blend Delicious cinnamon keeps your blood sugar levels regulated so you don't have cravings later on in the day. Plus it's all the melty, decadent goodness of a toasty bun without the sugar!
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 2 Tbsp pecans
  • ⅔ c milk
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ c plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen coffee ice cubes

Shipping & Delivery

Due to COVID-19, shipping systems the world over are experiencing abnormal delays. There is an enormous demand on postal and delivery services as online shopping has skyrocketed, due to store closures and stay-at-home mandates. This is an unprecedented situation, and we are working around the clock to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. To be clear, we are filling orders in 2-3 days, and we are shipping immediately after that. Once shipped, our shipping partner, UPS, will get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Thanks for your support and understanding.

Are you in Canada? Specifically, are you outside of a metropolitan centre? We need to alert you to a disruption in shipping due to COVID-19. Our preferred shipping provider, UPS, has informed us that they cannot guarantee express shipping for many locations. We have also seen that packages delivered to Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, etc, are not waylaid, but packages delivered to areas just outside of these cities are being held in transit for days or even weeks. UPS has discontinued their guarantee of 1-4 day delivery, which you can read more about here. Therefore, we can guarantee early fulfillment but not early delivery of our goods from our warehouse to your door at this time.

 

We want you to start your fitness journey with us as quickly as possible, that’s why we send every package to the USA & Canada via expedited or standard shipping with our partners at UPS. Once your order is received and processed, it typically takes 2-4 days to get to you once it leaves our warehouse. That’s our commitment and we stand by it.

We ship within Canada and the United States via UPS with Standard & Expedited shipping (whichever is faster)

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International (EUROPE and Other Nations), which is usually in transit for 7-10 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with UPS, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Delays caused due to custom withholds are not included in these estimated delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.

All of the BodyRock clothing is made to order and so is final sale. If you have any questions about sizing prior to placing your order, please contact us.
