Boy oh boy this workout is going to knock your socks off! I don't think I have EVER been this challenged in one of my workouts! I used my sandbag that weighs about 30 pounds and pushed as hard as I could the entire time. I could barely talk at the end! And I LOVE it! I believe that no matter what workout you choose, do it as HARD as you can! For the 15, 20, 30 minute HIIT workouts you do, give it your all. If you can talk during your workout, you aren't working hard enough! If you look pretty after your workout, you didn't work hard enough!
First thing to do is get your shoes on and prepare the workout you are going to do. Write down the exercises and make sure you know what each of them are and that you can physically do them. Get your timer and equipment ready, then get out there and DO IT!!! Do it along with me. I am there to support you and help along the way as best I can. I believe in you. Your dedication drives me to keep going and push harder!! The harder you push, the more fat will burn!! And remember, after one of my workouts, you will continue to burn calories for the next 24-36 hours!!
Here's the workout breakdown: This is a High Intensity Interval Training Workout (HIIT). There are 2 Parts to this workout. You will need a mat, a chair, your Ultimate Sandbag, a Gymboss Timer, and a jump rope.
Part 1 (Set your timer for 21 Rounds 10 Secs Rest/45 Secs of Work)
1. Sandbag Step Ups (right leg)
2. Sandbag Step Ups (left leg)
3. Elevated Push Ups
4. Box Jump Burpees
5. Spiderman Kick Throughs
6. Jump Rope
7. Swimmer Abs
Part 2 (Set your timer for 16 Rounds 10 Secs Rest/30 Secs Work)
1. Sandbag Press Ups
2. Sandbag Squats
