Food Shopping for a Bikini Body while on Vacation .... (1 LOL Random Video)
Hi Everyone,
I went shopping while in Spain Today. I get a lot of messages about food, diet & how to keep the weight from creeping on while away. The average person can put on 8 pounds while on a two week vacation.... Well not us, as I will show you how easy it is to make healthy meals that include some High Protein, Low Fat, East To Make & Quick Meals while away on vacation.
I will also show you over the next few days how to make sensible options while eating out & also options you can have as healthy desserts so you don't feel like you are missing out :).
Even if you are not away from home like me, theres no excuse why you can't keep on track & keep working towards your target goal, you just need to know what food to eat & keep the portion sizes small.
We spent a total of 53.o4 Euros which will feed us both for a week. You can't always find the things you want on vacation but you can do the best with what you have to make the right choices.
