In honor of the Alabama slaughtering everyone in college football yet again this year -I wrote a workout that is filled with football type drills and high intensity. (yes I am from Tuscaloosa) Just maybe if you give it a try you might be a National Champ :)
Beginners- 1x
Intermediate- 2x
Advanced -3x
- 1min high knees
- 1min jumping jacks
- 1min front kicks
- 1min Heisman
- 1min sprint in place
- 1 min lunges
- 1min mountain climbers
- 1min lunges
- 1min mountain climbers
- 10 push ups
- 15 triceps dips
- (repeat for 3 min)
- 30 sec regular squats
- 30 sec jump squats
- 30 sec regular squats
- 30 sec jump squats
- 1 min plank
