It's no doubt that Ronda Rousey is a powerhouse. She's on top of the UFC world and not coming down anytime soon. She has an undefeated MMA record, can crush her opponent in 34 seconds (as she did when facing off against Bethe Correia) and has graced the cover of magazines, filled up social media with inspirational quotes, and has created a body positive environment for young women to admire. In a sport that requires constant weight management, it seems like it could be tough to shed extra pounds pre-fight, and with a rigorous schedule, the healthy way. But Rousey admits she wouldn't have it any other way. Ronda Rousey is an inspiration to kick some ass. Rousey can't be kept down outside of the ring, either. Her father committed suicide when she was young, but after Correia made cruel comments about the state of Rousey’s mental health, even bringing up her family, Rousey chose to make sure nobody else tries that ever again.
