Rosie-Huntington-Whiteley is one of the biggest supermodels in the world. Her glowing skin, golden locks, perfect pout and high cheekbones are enviable to say the least, but it was her sexy abs that had heads turning recently.
The gorgeous 28-year-old was spotted in Los Angeles this week leaving her local gym after a tough workout, which has clearly paid off.
Rosie sported some pretty impressive abs in a crop top and skintight set of leggings.
She proved toned and taught looks good in more than just exercise gear, however. The model was seen at the the Baby2Baby Gala in Culver City, Los Angeles on Saturday night, looking effervescent from head to toe.
Even her long and lean legs looked like they'd had a few sessions at the gym.
So how does she look so good these days?
Earlier this year, Rosie opened up to Harper's Bazaar on exactly what she has to thank for her in-shape physique and all the attributes that come along with it.
Of her daily health routine, she said breakfast is the most important meal for her. She drinks a liter of water as soon as she wakes up, and then moves onto boiled or scrambled eggs with spinach and a green juice. She admits, however, that due to all of her traveling, she finds herself constantly ordering room service and eating out. So, when she's home, she keeps it as clean and as basic as possible.
[bctt tweet="Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Shows Off Her Killer Abs"]"When I’m out I’ll enjoy myself, but there are ways to make healthy choices – there’s always fish and chicken and salad. If I have a lingerie shoot or a red carpet event coming up, I might cut out carbs, watch my salt and sugar intake and drink even more water for a few days before," the supermodel said. And as for that perfectly toned tummy? There's a lot behind it. "I’ve found Pilates great because it’s slow and controlled and you really have to think about the muscles you’re working. I’ve also been doing Body by Simone, which is a high-powered dance class, and that also focuses a lot on the stomach. I drink a lot of water too. I always find that when I’ve not been drinking enough, I get more bloated. It sounds counter-productive but drinking more water will actually get rid of the water retention. Probiotics are great for keeping things moving as well, I throw them in a smoothie or take them in pill form."
As for what the beauty is up to these days, she's been working on promoting a new Burberry Christmas campaign, and has also hinted that she's in the midst of a secret project as well. She even shared a photo of herself along with Glamour Magazine's Beauty Director, Alex Steinherr and fashion and celebrity hair stylist, Christian Wood, captioning it: "Lights, camera, POUT! Fun day at work w/ these two @alexsteinherr @cwoodhair...Love you!! #DreamTeam #ComingSoon."
