When mixed, these two can serve as a great cleansing scrub. Lemon, which is abundant in citric acid, works to cleanse your skin and make it appear brighter as well as ward off germs in your pores. Even better, it helps regulate oil production! Salt also has antibacterial properties and fights off germs and bacteria, which both clog your pores. Here's a helpful recipe to get you started. Ingredients: Sea salt- 1 tbsp Lemon- 1/2 tsp Water- 1 tsp Directions: 1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. 2. After that apply this mixture on your nose and even face, if you have blackheads there too. 3. Gently massage the area in circular strokes. 4. Do this for about 2-4 minutes. 5. Wash your face with lukewarm water. 6. After some time wash off your face with cold water so that any pores that may have opened, get closed again. Do this process 1-2 times a week, but not more than that. Remember not to go out in the sun after applying lemon juice because it makes your skin too sensitive to sunrays.
