But what are their model secrets to staying on track with their fitness and food cravings? Elsa Hosk: Jasmine Tookes: Their Go-To Workouts Elsa: "I'm obsessed with boxing. I'm really into fast paced, high energy workouts." Jasmine: “I really love doing squats. It makes me feel very strong and it gives you a nice round bum!” Their Inner Motivation Elsa: "I try to think about how I feel when I work out verses when I skip. I sleep better, I’m happier, I’m able to do my job better. When I work out, I make healthier choices in all areas of life, and when I don't I tend to slack on other things too, so I like to keep a good routine going." Jasmine: “I remind myself of the results and how good I always feel after. I work out by myself or with my boyfriend [model Tobias Sorensen]. He’s in great shape, so he pushes me to do more reps." Their Diet Regimes Elsa: "I generally always eat what I want. I think when you work out a lot, you can afford to eat more because your body's metabolism is higher. I like healthy food and prefer that anyways, but if I want pizza or a can of Coca-Cola every once in a while I'm going to have it. I just try to have a few slices and that's it." Jasmine: "I hate to say this, but I'm one of those people with an extremely fast metabolism. I eat, eat, eat, and yet I can’t seem to gain any weight. Lobster and crabs are favorites.
