Selena Gomez Shows Off Curves After Firing Back At Instagram Hater

Poor Selena Gomez has been under a lot of scrutiny the last few weeks for what many online commentators consider to be her more than ample curves (check out part of the story here). I think these critics are insane! She looks wonderful to me. The 22 year old proved she doesn't care what people think, stepping out in New York City in a tight grey top and flared jeans. Gomez was recently involved in an exchange with an Instagram user who slammed her appearance (although her reps have yet to confirm if Gomez was actually involved in the conversation).  It has since been deleted but the user told her to 'work out' and to 'stop eating junk food.' Gomez responsed:

'IM IN (sic) the business and I could care less about what 'they' or you said I should look like'

'I don't need to do anything other than love myself, take care of my work, fans, family and friends...And I do work out. It's not your place to tell anyone what they should or should not do.'

That same day, Gomez stepped out for a late dinner with Vanessa Hudgens after watching Hudgens in the Broadway production, Gigi. Once again, I don't see anything wrong with how she looks. A black dress with high suede boots, awesome! I think it is time for the trolls to move on. There is nothing wrong with Selena Gomez. I know the internet is mostly 'anonymous' which makes sharing your beliefs, popular or otherwise, very enticing but enough already. The "perfect" body is subjective. If you don't think her body is attractive, don't try emulate her or don't try to date her. It is that simple. Your definition of perfect might be utterly unappealing to someone else.
