Are you suffering from self-esteem issues? Admit it... We all are. Too many of us resign ourselves to a dingy life in drawstring pants while we want for a better body to miraculously arrive at our front door. Two things are wrong with this mentality and there are a couple ways that you can improve your self-esteem if you try hard enough.: 1) It associates size with self-worth. If you’re not a size 2, there’s no point dressing well. This is, of course, total nonsense and moreover, totally counterproductive. It doesn't matter how much you weigh, you are always worth it. Also, a negative self-image is not going to affect change. It will strip you of motivation and leave you in a perpetual rut. 2) Good things don’t come to those who passively wait. They come to those who actively work for them. Don't wait, get started building your self-esteem now! If you’re waiting to wake up one day in the body you've always wanted, it’s not going to happen. Stay positive, stay active and stay focused on not only what you want, but also the remarkable person you are now. 3) Love and nurture who you are now and see how a positive attitude lightens your spirit and can lead to you obtaining whatever you want. Don’t sell yourself short or try to fade into the background. Act like you have what you want already and see how an attitude adjustment is the first step to success and the only step you need to improve your self-esteem.
