September is here!
Kids are back in school and now it's time to get serious....
Serious because September is like a NEW
beginning! Almost like New Years, but BETTER
Believe in yourself. MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF.

For me, I HAVE to have time to myself EVERY DAY. Being a stay at home mother of two (with one on the way), it's SO EASY for the day to go by and for me to NOT take that time. When I don't, I'm miserable. I'm tense. I get in a bad mood. My husband will look at me and KNOW
I need a break. He'll tell me, "Why don't you go out for a run." I don't take it as an insult, but as a word of wise advice coming from someone who knows me so well! I need that release, whether it is going out for a run, doing a HIIT workout, playing tennis, or something else physical, I need to get it done!

With this, I have put together a new total body and core HIIT workout!
45 seconds on, 10 seconds off
7 exercises, to be completed 3-5x thru
-Jump Squat with Toe Tap
-Weighted Up, Up, Down, Down
-4 Pull ups with 3 second hold on last one
-4 Mt. Climbers + 2 Jack Legs
-Reverse alternating lunges with sandbag shoulder to shoulder transfer
-8 high knees + 4 in & out abs
-4 wide push ups + one 3 ct. tricep pushup down/up
As usual, Go at your own pace, increase weight as needed and hydrate!
