Let's begin!
Instructions: Complete the following set of moves just once, all the way through without rest. Rest for a few minute and then begin your main workout.
60 seconds jumping rope
50 seconds jumping jacks
40 seconds squat jumps
30 seconds of burpees
20 seconds of high knees
10 second plank
