- 1 lb. lean turkey bacon
- 1 cup fat-free greek yogurt
- 1 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1 cup lowfat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions
- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and greek yogurt. Crumble bacon into mixture. Mix in cheddar cheese, tomatoes, & green onions just before serving.
- Serve with crackers or zucchini chips.
