Skinny BLT Party Dip

  • 1 lb. lean turkey bacon
  • 1 cup fat-free greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 cup lowfat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions


  1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and greek yogurt. Crumble bacon into  mixture. Mix in cheddar cheese, tomatoes, & green onions just before serving.
  3. Serve with crackers or zucchini chips.
