Who doesn't love a bowl of granola to start the day out right? Granola is the perfect breakfast, as eating it with either yoghurt or milk gives you protein, healthy fats, and plenty of carbs. Add a banana into the mix, and you have the perfect 300 to 400 calorie breakfast! To make this awesome granola--the creation of my beautiful wife--is surprisingly easy. Enjoy!

- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- ½ cup of coconut oil
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- Dried fruits and nuts as desired
