Have a good start to the day: Serves 1 Ingredients: 200 ml almond milk 1 tbsp oat bran 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon 2 tbsp blueberries Method: Place oat bran in a pot and add almond milk Bring to boil, at stirring all the time Turn off the cooker and let it stand for 5 minutes. Serve in warm bowls with cinnamon and blueberries.You can prepare a larger amount and keep it in fridge up to 5 days.
