Oatmeal Banana Morning Muffins

If you are like me and get incredibly lazy when it comes to fixing yourself a breakfast, these are a great grab and go option that you can make ahead. oatmealbananamorningmuffins3 Ingredients:
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk (or whatever milk you choose)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips
Directions: 1)   Mix all ingredients together 2)   Scoop into muffin cups 3)   Bake at 350F for 15-25 minutes oatmealbananamorningmuffins1 These are SO easy, and I’m sure they’re a great base for other muffin creations. I added in a bit of coconut to mine, you could probably switch out apple sauce for the bananas, add in pecans, maybe some peanut butter, really the options are endless.
