Oatmeal Banana Morning Muffins
If you are like me and get incredibly lazy when it comes to fixing yourself a breakfast, these are a great grab and go option that you can make ahead.
Ingredients:
These are SO easy, and I’m sure they’re a great base for other muffin creations. I added in a bit of coconut to mine, you could probably switch out apple sauce for the bananas, add in pecans, maybe some peanut butter, really the options are endless.

- 3 mashed bananas
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk (or whatever milk you choose)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3 cups oats
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips
