Smoothie Recipe: Peanut Butter CHOCOLATE Banana Smoothie

In the mood to fill up on a decadent and sweet treat without filling up on the guilt? Look no further than the richest and thickest of our smoothie recipes. Try this smoothie as a pre-workout fuel up, or just a healthy milkshake alternative. This recipe makes 1-2 servings. Feel free to adjust the measurements to suit your tastes.

You’ll need:

1 cup milk 1 or 2 ripe bananas 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 2 tablespoons honey or agave 3 tablespoons peanut butter 2 cups of ice cubes Throw all the ingredients in a blender, mix and enjoy!
