Sneaky Meat-Free Proteins #2: Lentils

Legumes and I have never gotten along, and lentils are one of the legumes I could never quite stomach. However, as far as meat-free proteins go, it doesn't get much better than lentils! Lentils contain about 9 grams of protein per 100 grams, making it the THIRD best non-meat source of protein.
