How long will it take to Lose This Weight???

This is the most common question I get asked before a client starts training with me

“How long does it take to see results?

...Will it take Long??” ....

My honest answer is that it takes anywhere from 6-8 weeks to see results depending on how often you train and what you are eating. You can of course see results sooner if you follow a strict diet with your training program, but majority of individuals starting a weight loss program do better when the change in the diet is gradual. Easing into new healthy habits makes the process of weight loss more enjoyable and long lasting…for the best results a good training program + a nutritious diet plan is the way to go.


Fall is a great time of year to focus on health and fitness especially with winter and the holiday season just around the corner. Cultivating health conscious habits now will ensure that you are set up for success in the months to come.


It takes time to Break Old Patterns and Integrate New, Healthy Habits that SUPPORT you in your Weight Loss Goals; it took me several years to figure it out!


As for “weight” everybody’s body is different, the scale isn’t always your best indicator, some people may lose 10lbs and some people may lose 5 or 6 lbs. but look completely different! Taking measurements and noticing how your clothes fit are also important indicators to take into consideration and I also recommend before and after photos!
