Proving her break-up with Sean Penn has not hindered her fitness routine, the always beautiful Charlize left spin class looking tight and toned.
The 39-year-old actress went sans makeup as she left the gym. Her blonde hair pulled back and her water bottle in hand.
After her engagement to Sean was broken off recently, Charlize has been channeling a lot of focus and energy into exercise. She likes to incorporate spinning into her busy fitness schedule. She also practices yoga, gymnastics, Pilates and plays squash as another outlet for fitness. The Oscar winner attributes her youthful glow to being so diligent with her workout routines.
Charlize is a very hard-hitting gym goer. As trainers have reported, she takes fitness incredibly seriously. Most likely this is due to the all the stunt work she has had to train for in various movie roles.
She also is nutrition focused. She avoids processed foods, and tries to balance a protein rich diet. Charlize favours eating 6 small meals a day compared to 3 standard, larger meals. This helps increase energy and keeps your body satiated throughout the day. Most of her meals contain a portion of fruit, and she is never without a bottle of water.
