Steven Blount incredible 155 pound weight lose journey

Steven Blount has gone through an incredible journey over the last two years. He has lost an astounding 155lb! After trying a few crash diets he realized they were only quick fixes, after he stopped buying the food things would just go back to how they were before. So he decided to take matters into his own hands, making small changes in the way he ate and tracking things like his calories and sugar intake on a daily basis through an app called MyFitnessPal. He started going to the gym every day no matter what and started off small walking around 5.5 km in an 45minutes and worked his way up. How did he make this huge life change?  He had that moment, that many have, where he didn't want to live like that anymore, being 327lb, being tired and exhausted all the time. He set daily, weekly and even monthly goals for himself. He made his change attainable and within his reach! Blount made it so that every day he could reach a goal, giving him the encouragement to keep going on such a long and hard journey. Blount said that the "biggest thing that kept me from giving up was that I wanted to be the best version of myself". The little steps that he took changed his lifestyle and his life! Feeling healthier than ever, Blount continues to work hard every day to be a better and happier version of himself and for no one else but himself!
