Strawberry Banana Pineapple Smoothie
Say that fast 5 times....
This is a quick, easy, healthy smoothie that you can make for breakfast, snack, or dessert.
Ingredients
Yield = about 2 cups
1 cup strawberries*
½ cup pineapple chunks*
½ banana
1 cup milk (I used skim)
*I use frozen strawberries & pineapple. Add ice if you use fresh fruit.
Preparation
Blend everything and enjoy.
