Strawberry Banana Shake Shake Shake!!!

Everyone needs a  quick 'Pick Me Up' every now and then, right!? Here is a tasty protein shake recipe for you to try! Ingredients 15 Ice Cubes (more or less if so desired) 1 Banana (Sometimes I use two) 1 Cup Strawberries 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats (If Desired. Sometimes I Use And Sometimes I Don't) 1 Cup Almond Milk (I Use Silk Vanilla) 2 Scoops Protein Powder (I Use Bipro) Honey (If Desired. To Taste Blend All Ingredients Together Until Smooth. -Approximate Nutritional Content- Calories: 250 Fiber: 5 Grams Sugar: 7 Grams Protein: 21 Grams Carbs: 31 Grams This recipe will make about 5 cups.
