What's better than strawberries and chocolate? A protein shake that's made of strawberry and chocolate, of course! Here is one of my favorite mid-morning post workout shakes to snack on for refueling that is just under 200 calories! Ingredients:
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 scoop MRM Berries-N-Whey Protein Powder (use code SIA at checkout for 40% off here)
- 5 frozen Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (save 5-6 chips for garnish)
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Top with a few dark chocolate chips. (optional)
