Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Smoothies are a great option for when you are a busy and on the go person. I love using my blender and throwing in various ingredients to create different concoctions daily! Here is a delicious recipe for breakfast-in a glass!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 6 strawberries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet Stevia
- 1 cup ice (optional)
- In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and Stevia if desired. Blend until smooth. . Add ice for a chilled drink.
- Pour into glasses and serve
