Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Smoothies are a great option for when you are a busy and on the go person. I love using my blender and throwing in various ingredients to create different concoctions daily! Here is a delicious recipe for breakfast-in a glass!   Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • 1 cup ice (optional)
  1. In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and Stevia if desired. Blend until smooth. . Add ice for a chilled drink.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve
