Strong = Beautiful Leg Workout

It is about that time again that I needed to update my leg workout. If you like lifting heavy (as every good should) try this new workout I put together. I've only been doing it for 2 weeks and I can already see my quads and hamstrings tightening up! Let me know what you think!   5x20 Leg Extensions - Toes turned out to work the inner thigh  5x10 Step Ups on bench with 15lb dumbbells - each leg 6 sets of squats - Start medium/light weight and gradually add 10lbs each set  5x10 leg press - toes together to work the quads and hamstrings  5x10 Leg Curls with Calf raises (super set)    photo   readu?
