According to findings, 64% of women lie on social media sites like Facebook and Instagram on the regular. The top city where women lie most online is New York, and the top location for male liars is Brisbane, Australia. Let's face it, we've all been guilty of amping up our online personas to make ourselves sound more interesting. But what about real life lies? For women, the top 10 most commonly told lies are as followed: 1. 'Nothing's wrong, I'm fine' 2. 'Oh, this isn't new, I've had it for ages' 3. 'It wasn't that expensive' 4. 'It was on sale' 5.
